The Role

As part of this highly-regarded Corporate team, you will work on high-caliber assignments for a diverse client base. You will engage with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups, handling a full spectrum of Corporate work.

From M&A to scale-ups, funding, commercial contracts, equity investments, and restructuring, you'll have the autonomy to manage your client portfolio and guide transactions through their full lifecycle.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years PQE in Corporate law
• Strong commercial acumen with solid knowledge of company law and corporate transactions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
• Proactive, innovative, and value-driven mindset
