The Role

The firm is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join their thriving office in Chatham, Kent.

You will join a reputable and highly professional team, who deal with a diverse caseload of Corporate and Commercial matters. The team is supported, and fee-earners are provided with a strong base of administrative and paralegal assistance. The variety of this work will make for an interesting role, and you will be involved in matters including but not limited to: M&A's, buybacks, corporate finance, restructuring, demergers and joint ventures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background of experience in drafting complex commercial agreements, and an interest in generating new business to assist in the growth of the department.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 4+ years PQE - there is no upper limit in terms of PQE and I would encourage candidates of all levels of experience to apply, salary is commensurate with experience.
• You should have experience of running a busy and varied Corporate/Commercial caseload.
• You will possess excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
• You will have a keen eye for business development and networking skills.
