Due to the firm's ambitious growth plans having achieved double percentage growth over the last few years, they are looking for a 2-4 year Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their busy and fast-growing Corporate and Commercial Department in their modern office in Farnborough, Hampshire.

The Role

Due to the ambitious growth, this Law firm is looking for an 2-4-year PQE Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their team at their Farnborough office.

The firm is looking to expand its Corporate and Commercial Department and is looking for a full-time Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join its hard-working and vibrant team that has achieved double percentage growth over the last 8 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting high-quality commercial contracts, and legal documents
• Case progression
• Legal Research
• File management

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor 2-4 year PQE (preferable)
• Solid experience working in an established and recognised Corporate and Commercial Department
• Excellent client care skills
• Commercial acumen
