The Role

• This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join an award winning, Legal 500 firm, and highly regarded department.
• The caseload for this particular vacancy may include but not be limited to; M&A work, restructuring, business start-ups, acquisition and disposals of assets, corporate financing, shareholder protection, private equity investments, Partnerships, International joint ventures, incentives and liabilities.
• The firm has an excellent client base and currently works with recognised names in transport, logistics, retail, TMC, leisure & tourism, creative industries, and Energy. The transaction range you would be working on averages 10 million at the lowest and can be as high as 500+ million.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to take a step up and join a firm handling a very impressive level of work, whilst maintaining a work life balance.

The Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor (2+ years PQE).
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work well within a team
• You will have dealt with an excellent quality of work
