This firm are looking for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 1 - 4 years PQE to join their flourishing Petersfield, Hampshire office.

The Role

The team finds that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up trust and mutual respect relationships. You will work on a dynamic caseload built from years of the firm servicing local, regional and national clients.
In this role, you will deal with a mixed caseload of company & commercial matters including; M&A's, business restructuring, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital work, shareholders' agreements, commercial lending and security, contracts and terms and conditions, and partnerships, and much more.
You will be very well supported in building and establishing a caseload for the long term and this will come in the form of both administrative support and financial backing.

Requirements

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor and you will be 1 -4 years PQE
• You will be well-versed over a broad array of corporate and commercial matters
• You will be dynamic, keen to progress and be ambitious to build a personal brand
