Role Overview:

The Corporate Solicitor will join an award-winning corporate department, engaging in a diverse range of transactional work, including:

• M&A

With an ever-expanding international client base, much of the work will be multi-jurisdictional, with deal values ranging from £5 million to £100 million. • 3-6 years of PQE in corporate law, gained from a recognized regional or London firm.
