The role:

Due to continued expansion, this practice is looking to welcome a talented Corporate Associate 1-4 years PQE to bolster their Bristol team.

This Corporate team is an immediate choice for those seeking City-level work, whilst being able to enjoy a different sort of lifestyle in the South West.

You'll be working with large corporates, investment portfolios, PE houses, public companies and private organisations with multi-jurisdictional M&A work, group restructurings, strategic growth/buy & build/divestment programmes and joint ventures.

The team is looking for someone who is technically gifted, commercially curious and outcome-oriented. In return, you can expect to be fully embedded into the full lifecycle of transactions and receive a large amount of exposure from the Partners.

This firm is committed to investing heavily in the next generation of homegrown talent and, as such, will encourage you to shadow seniors on high-level tasks/meetings, as well as introduce you to their business development network so you can start building up your name in this space.

The ideal candidate:

• Corporate Associate 1-4 years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
• Strong sense of commerciality and a demonstrable sector interest/focus
• Prior exposure to big-ticket M&A/private equity work
