The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate with 1+ years PQE to join a Top 100 firm in their Corporate team in Birmingham.

With a client base of some of the world's most prestigious household names, this firm's corporate practice undertakes a quality of work rarely seen outside of London.

This role will see you advising on a broad range of Corporate matters including, M&A, VC, PE, Reorganisations and Joint Ventures throughout all stages of the business cycle. This will allow you to develop your existing skillset to meet your long-term career goals.

The department is currently undergoing significant strategic growth and is expanding the team accordingly.
