The Role

The international focus of this firm presents the prospect of engaging in cross-border work and international transactions across key industry sectors, offering early exposure to clients in your career.

You will be responsible for your own caseload of high-level corporate work involving;

• Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets
• providing efficient professional support to partners across different UK offices
• developing professional client relationships- supporting the wider team in developing business and raising the profile of the firm
• involvement in marketing events and other BD activities- managing and supervising the work of others including trainees and solicitor apprentices

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 2+ years of experience working in Corporate Law
• Can show initiative to develop yours, along with the team's market profile and client relationships.
• First-rate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
