The Role

This top 100 practice are seeking a Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join their thriving department in Hampshire.

You will undertake a range of transactional work across M&A, joint ventures, private equity and much more.

With an ever-expanding international client base, much of the work will be multi-jurisdictional in nature and will range from £5m-£100m in value.

You will receive an excellent level of exposure from the outset and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor 3+ years PQE with previous experience in a quality practice
• Previous experience managing corporate matters
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• Track record in business development and outstanding client care
