The Team

The team guide housing and third sector clients through their governance arrangements, compliance with regulation and corporate structs. The work includes major, landmark, projects such as mergers, joint ventures and collaborations, corporate restructuring, corporate registrations and de-registrations, policy estates, governance reviews, constitutional changes, governance and/or regulatory failings and investigations.

They also provide ad-hoc advice on regulatory matters both housing and third sector organisations, alongside training and development of Boards and Executives.

Their clients will see you as an essential member of their own teams and a trusted advisor supporting them to deliver their strategy and goals.

The Role

You will act as an extension of the clients In House legal function, providing additional expertise at all levels of their large scale, complex, projects.

The Candidate

You will be a senior Corporate Governance Lawyer with a strong track record in Legal Entity Management and Company Law.

Sector specific experience is advantageous but not essential.
The firm envisage that you will have around 6 year's experience in corporate governance.
