About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate to join a forward-thinking team. The role involves advising on high-profile M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Pitch to potential clients, attend industry events, and contribute to thought leadership.
• Client-Centric Approach: Provide strategic legal advice on M&A, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Transactional Expertise: Lead transactions, conduct due diligence, and draft critical documents.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior associates and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless legal services.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise clients on compliance matters.

About You

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years PQE in Corporate/M&A, with a strong background in M&A, private equity, and corporate finance. They will have a client-focused, commercial mindset and be excited about contributing to a growing team.
