The role:

Due to continued expansion, this practice is looking to welcome a talented Corporate Senior Associate 5+ years PQE to bolster their Manchester team.

This hire has arisen through demand, with Partners being in a position where they can hand over an existing pipeline of work for someone to run with. Given how busy they are, they're planning to hand over relationships and help someone to leverage opportunities to diversify relationships and bring on new ones. Therefore, for the right person, there is a bright and lucrative future to be had at this firm.

You'll be working with large corporates, investment portfolios, PE houses, public companies and private organisations with multi-jurisdictional M&A work, group restructurings, strategic growth/buy & build/divestment programmes and joint ventures.

The ideal candidate:

• Corporate Associate 5+ years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
• Strong sense of commerciality and a demonstrable sector interest/focus
• Prior exposure to big-ticket M&A/private equity work
