The firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor at Associate level, with 3+ year PQE to join their professional yet friendly office in Maidstone, Kent.

• The caseload will comprise; commercial contracts, joint ventures, sales/purchases of businesses and mergers/acquisitions.

The ideal candidate

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 year PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates as salary is commensurate with experience)
• You will have a passion for corporate transactional work
• You should have first-class communication skills
