The Role

You will enjoy the full range of corporate work, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Restructuring, Corporate finance, Insolvency, share buy backs and complex matters.

The team benefits from strong specialist support from Commercial, Banking & Finance, Dispute Resolution and Real Estate. They have significant national and international reach, with well-established links with the capital.

Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high-net-worth private clients.

You will take a lead role on mid sized deals from £1 - 5 million, while assisting the Partners and senior Solicitors on deals from £5 - 30 million.

The Candidate

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with 2 - 4 years PQE
• You will have sat at least one training seat in a recognised corporate department
• You should have first-class communication skills
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
