Working closely with an experienced and highly regarded Corporate Partner, you will gain invaluable mentorship and exposure to top-quality work that will elevate your career. You'll handle a diverse range of matters, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Joint Ventures
• Shareholder Agreements
• Fundraising and Investment Transactions
• Commercial Contracts and Licensing Agreements

You will act for an impressive client base, including national and international entrepreneurs, directors, and senior executives, as well as limited companies, LLPs, and multinational corporations. Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with between NQ-2 years PQE.
• Strong academic background with a good grounding in corporate and commercial matters.
• First-rate communication and client-facing skills are essential.
• Proactive and confident in building and managing client relationships.
