Are you a skilled dispute resolution solicitor eager to work on high-value corporate and commercial cases while gaining exposure to sports-related disputes and regulatory matters?

This dynamic law firm is seeking a motivated individual to join their growing team, working closely with a Partner on challenging and rewarding cases. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking practice while honing your legal expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (1-3 PQE), you will handle a range of complex cases, including:

  • High-value corporate and commercial disputes, such as contract and shareholder disputes.
  • Sports-related disputes, including contractual, disciplinary, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Regulatory issues across various sectors, working on innovative strategies for resolution through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

You'll engage in legal research, draft key documents (correspondence, witness statements, etc.), attend client meetings and court hearings, and collaborate with the Partner and team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1-3 years PQE (exceptional NQs will also be considered).
  2. Strong academic record (2:1 or equivalent) and completion of the LPC (or equivalent).
  3. Experience in corporate and commercial disputes, with a proven track record in high-value litigation.
  4. Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
  5. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritise effectively, and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  6. An interest or experience in sports-related disputes is advantageous but not essential.
