The Role: The firm is looking for an ambitious Associate Solicitor with over 5 years' PQE to join its dynamic Employment Law team based in Reading. This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing the candidate to thrive in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a Varied Caseload: The successful candidate will take charge of a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, supported by a talented team.

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of a 2.1 degree and substantial Employment Law experience at a respected firm.
