This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate (3-5 PQE) to join a prestigious Top 25 international firm.

The Role:


You will join a highly-ranked Employment team as an Associate in the firm's prestigious national team out of their Manchester office.

Acting for a mix of impressive clients that include national and international leading Blue-Chip organisations you will provide strategic employment law advice, act on complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination and whistle-blowing complaints and senior executive/board room issues. Alongside this the role will include exposure to high-value and high-court litigation.

The role places you as an Associate at the pinnacle of Employment law as you will find no higher level of work in the country!

As a senior associate, you will play a vital role in this close-knit team, by supporting the development of junior lawyers and cementing client relationships. With support from respected partners, you can expect the platform to develop your leadership and commercial skills, a real opportunity to become an all-around lawyer and partner-in-making.

Requirements:

  • As a guide, this opportunity would suit an Employment Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE
  • Applications will be considered from Associates with a mixed cont./non-con background
  • Comfortable building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Have an interest in mentoring & supervising junior lawyers
