The Role:

The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Partner to join their state-of-the-art office in the heart of the West End of London.

The firm is a bit of a dark horse for the employment work that they do. They don't shout from the rooftops about the work that they do and the clients that they work with. However, they have a bustling and vibrant employment department that works with a broad client base.

They work with many household names and well-known public figures, but they also work with smaller and large publishers, modeling agencies, technology companies, app developers, OMB businesses, and foreign companies that are coming to London to set up shop.

You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious employment work, both for companies and individuals. Caseload will include but not be limited to; Settlement agreements, dismissals, restrictive covenants, senior executive, discrimination, disciplinary, restructuring, TUPE and corporate support.

On offer are great prospects in line with departmental and firm growth.

  • You will have at least 7 years PQE + in employment law (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will be able to work unsupervised
  • You should have a good grounding in business development and networking.
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background
