The role

The firm is hiring for an Employment Partner to join their office based in the heart of the West End of London.

• The firm currently has a small but impressive employment department of 3. They are currently very busy on the commercial corporate side which is creating lots of new employment work.
• You will come in to work with the firms Partnership to drive further growth into this department. It is envisioned that you will be a seasoned business development, you will expand existing work streams whilst working to build up your caseload. The department is busy so the Managing Partner feels a caseload could be established swiftly.
• You will deal with a variety of different work; the broadness should make for an interesting caseload.
• You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious, claimant and respondent work.
• This role could prove to be the perfect stepping stone for perhaps a senior associate, in a top -heavy team seeking a pathway to partnership.
• You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE +
• Salary is competitive, along with a lucrative bonus structure, and is dependent on your background and experience.
