The role

This firm are seeking to hire an Employment Partner to join their thriving office based in the heart of the City of London.

  • You will be joining an established team of five within the employment department. You will also work closely with the corporate commercial team.
  • You will deal with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious, claimant and respondent. You will work across a variety of industry sectors and clients that include; Athletes, Chief execs, Directors, SME businesses, National companies, Sports clubs, Actors, individuals in the public eye, International headquartered businesses setting up shop in the UK - to name a few.
  • The firm are keen to expand on their employment practice further making more investment into the department. You will work as part of a dynamic, friendly and heavy hitting team who are all very passionate about employment law.
  • You will lead the department with the other partner, as well as mentoring and developing the team you will work on strategy, planning and business development.
  • This role could prove to be a good opportunity for an ambitious senior associate seeking a pathway for career progression, potentially in a top-heavy team.
  • You should be an Employment Lawyer with at least 7 years PQE (no limit regarding the amount of experience, and candidates from both a contentious and non-contentious background are encouraged to apply)
  • Salary will be competitive and dependent on your background and experience.
