The Role:
In response to an increase in workflow, the firm seeks an Employment Partner to join their High Wycombe office. You'll collaborate with a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Partner who is at the pinnacle of their profession.

As part of this highly regarded employment team, you will manage a diverse range of high-quality contentious and non-contentious work, including:

• Advisory services on HR issues
• Tribunal and court disputes
• Drafting of employment documentation
• Employee relations
• Transactional and outsourcing matters
