This firm is looking for a dynamic Employment Senior associate to join their flourishing Employment Department and take on a busy caseload working with an exciting blend of SME's and multi-national companies.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a senior Associate with 4+ years PQE who wants to join a legal 500-ranked employment department and play a significant role in the overall continued growth and success of the department.

The award-winning Real Estate department is ranked in both the Chambers and legal 500. The Employment department provides City expertise, in a modern way and with more flexibility in terms of fees compared with that of city firms.

You will find real variety in the type of client base and work, making for a more interesting role. The client base will include individuals and companies ranging from SMEs, OMB, right up to FTSE 250 companies and household names. They have several very interesting online businesses and social media companies.
The work will include acting on both contentious and non-contentious matters in areas such as; HR, Employment Disputes, TUPE, Restrictive Covenants, Reorganisations & Redundancies and Discipline and Grievances.

Requirements

• You will an Employment Solicitor (4+ years PQE)
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
• You will be commercial-minded and enjoy business development and marketing
