About the Role:

The firm is seeking a 2+ PQE Employment Solicitor to join their team in London's West End.

This role offers a diverse workload, with a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including advisory and corporate support for a range of high-profile clients.

You will take ownership of cases, work closely with clients, and actively contribute to building the practice.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be an Employment Solicitor 2+ PQE (England & Wales qualified);
  • Have experience representing both individuals and employers across the full spectrum of employment-related issues, including TUPE, unfair dismissal, bonus claims, discrimination, and whistleblowing;
  • Possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy caseload effectively;
  • Be a strong team player who can also work independently in a high-performing department;
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation, communication, and solid drafting skills;
  • Be well-versed in English employment law and have a proactive, commercial, and approachable attitude; and
  • Be motivated to engage in business development, sourcing new work, and maintaining strong client relationships.
