The Role

Because this progressive firm is expanding, they are looking for a Family Solicitor to join in Birmingham.

• You will work on a dynamic case load built from years of the firm servicing local clients; they have excellent community links and a varied client base, and you will be given the support and encouragement to business develop and grow the department in a friendly environment.
• You will be Providing legal advice to clients across a range of family law matters including but not limited to; divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, financial remedies, co-habitation disputes and private children work.
• You'll play a key role in business development and networking activities to continue to grow this highly successful Family Law offering.
• You will enjoy representing some high profile and high net worth individuals with business interests in sectors including sport and agriculture.

The Candidate

• You will be a Family Solicitor or Associate
• Experience of divorce, pre/post nuptial agreements, financial arrangements and private children work.
• You will work well as a team.
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail.
• You will have excellent communication skills.
