The role:

Opportunity for a Family Partner, or an ambitious Legal Director, to join a prominent Top 50 law firm and play a major role in the growth and expansion of their Bristol offering.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Family Partner to join a top-tier practice renowned for delivering comprehensive solutions to individuals and families.

Catering to UHNW and HNW individuals and families, the team provides expert support across a broad range of areas, including Divorce, Children and Parental Disputes, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements and Wealth Protection, Unmarried Couples and Financial Claims for Children.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive expertise in any of those areas of Family law, together with a proven track record in handling UHNW/HNW clients and a skill for managing complex cases on an international scale.

In addition to fee-earning, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services, and contributing to the strategic direction and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Have a strong focus on exceeding client expectations, proven evidence of anticipating client needs and resolving problems
  • Able to motivate a team of lawyers and support staff and enhance their professional and technical development
  • Attend networking and business development events with the opportunity to raise the profile of you and the team by speaking at events, webinars and podcasts
  • Passionate, ambitious and energetic
