The Role:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Family Solicitor to join a respected and innovative Family team in Preston.

You will join an established, close-knit team and will have a high level of client contact. You will collaborate with industry-leading partners who individually have respected reputations in the market and offer a wealth of experience for you to learn from. Working closely with the partners will give you a platform to develop your technical ability and rise quickly through the ranks.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a range of privately funded divorce, financial and children matters. The department is a leading firm in Family law in the northwest and this reflected by their strong track record of success in cases that involve; high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals with complex asset structures, such as business owners, sports people, and professionals.

You will play a significant role in the growth and direction of the team, allowing you to make your mark and springboard your career.

Requirements:

You will be a Senior Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)

• Ability to nurture and support junior members of staff
• Contribute and actively embrace marketing and business development winning work for the department
• Confidence and aptitude to manage your own caseload whilst collaborating with senior partners and other members of the team.
