The Role

The firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Family Solicitor to join their office in Bury.

You will have full support from the department's experienced partners to assist you with developing your own network of contacts and clients. The department deal with a range of different clients and get many referrals through their reputation across Lancashire.

You will take on a diverse and broad caseload of solely privately funded matters including Divorce, property and financial issues, child care arrangements, separation agreements, co-habitation, domestic violence and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development with many of their senior individuals having begun their careers as NQs themselves.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with NQ-3 years + PQE
• You have a good level of experience dealing with privately funded work, with an emphasis on financial remedy work.
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail

Remuneration

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
