Opportunity for a Farms Estates and Rural Lands Managing Associate 8+ years PQE to join a dynamic wider Real Estate practice from their growing Manchester Office.
This would suit someone with significant Senior-level experience in the rural sector ready to progress to the next stage of their career.
Whether your expertise lies in litigation or transactional law, this firm want to hear from quality candidates from both backgrounds.
For litigators, proficiency in handling landlord/tenant disputes, farming partnership disputes, nuisance claims, right of way disputes, landed estate work, contentious receivership matters, regulatory disputes related to rural land, and collaboration with other teams in areas such as developer and renewables and natural capital is essential.
Transactional lawyers should possess experience in farm and land sales/purchases, country house sales/purchases, refinance work, receiverships of rural property, easements and licenses, and rural tenancies.
