The Role

The firm is looking for an exceptional individual to take the reigns as the head of their Clinical Negligence Department and lead the; management, motivation, training and development of this high-performing and well-respected department.

You will take on a busy caseload of your own whilst having full oversight of the management alongside the Operations Director to optimise their current systems and procedures while pioneering innovative workflows. This role will be pivotal to the overall success ensuring the team operates at peak efficiency and remains agile in a constantly evolving market.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with their in-house marketing department and the Operations Director to drive new business and overall department growth.

Requirements

• You will be a seasoned Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 10+ years PQE with specific people management experience
• You will have a good track record of meeting and exceeding targets and adapting to ever-changing challenges as a leader in this firm
• Personable individual with excellent communication skills; this firm is passionate about getting to know their clients to ensure they provide tailored & exceptional guidance.
• Salary is dependent on your level of experience
