The Role:

This is a stand out opportunity for a junior Healthcare Litigation Solicitor to join this top 40 national law firm in their Birmingham office.

You will enjoy a broad range of work will include complex issues covering:

  • Mental Capacity Act 2005, Best Interests and Court of Protection cases
  • Mental Health Act 1983
  • NHS Continuing Care/Responsible Commissioner issues
  • Priorities/exceptional funding
  • Governance
  • Incident investigation
  • Care Act



The Candidate:

  • A qualified solicitor (UK qualification) with NQ-2 years of PQE.
  • You will have good organisational skills.
  • A desire to make meaningful change on key society matters
  • You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
