This firm is seeking a Housing Litigation Solicitor (any level of PQE considered from NQ up to senior level)

The Role:

Due to an increase in workflow, this firm seeks a Housing Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Bromley outfit.

The Housing Litigation department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Neighbour and boundary disputes, party wall disputes, building disputes, co-ownership disputes, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, adverse possession & the 1954 Act.

You will deal with a manageable caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Housing Litigation Solicitor
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
  • Experience of dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.
