This is set to continue, with a number of major tender wins adding to an already impressive list of clients based across the country and nationally.

As such, they are looking to bring in an additional Solicitor who will advise social landlords (and other landlords) on a wide range of housing management issues, including:

• Possession claims
• Injunction claims
• Anti-social behaviour litigation and advice
• Cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Breach of tenancy claims
• Social Housing Fraud
• Access injunctions for gas and electricity safety
• Failed succession cases
• Service charge disputes

The ideal candidate:

• Housing Management Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE
• Previous experience of work for social landlords is essential, with experience of acting for housing associations being desirable
• The ability to manage client expectations and strong communication skills with a professional approach to work
