The Role
The firm are looking for a Solicitor experienced in Social Housing matters to join its Tier 1 (Legal 500) department, in the City.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of Social Housing matters. More specifically the successful candidate would handle a range of Disrepair matters, Possession Claims, Homelessness Issues, Illegal Evictions, and Judicial Reviews. Civil Litigation and Property Litigation experience would position the candidate in a very strong position to secure this role. Experience in these matters is preferable. However, for the right candidate the firm would offer market leading training to get the practitioner where they need to be.
The department is currently led by several highly regarded Partners, has a large team of active fee-earners, and an excellent support structure built on a network of highly skilled Paralegals and PA's, working on state-of-the-art case management software. Not only would you have excellent exposure to such highly skilled individuals, but you would also have the opportunity to spend your time solely focused on fee earning.

The requirements
- You will be a qualified solicitor with at least NQ-5 years' experience in Social Housing.
- Client care and a passion for supporting vulnerable people and working in an ethical way.
- The ability to integrate into a firmly established department.
- Excellent client and customer care skills are essential.
