The role

The firm is hiring for an Immigration Partner to join their office based in the heart of the West End of London.

• The firm currently has an Immigration department of three. It is the Managing Partner and two assistant solicitors.
• They currently deal with more on the personal immigration side than business, however there is a mix.
• It is envisioned that over time you will take over from the Managing Partner so he can focus more on the running of the firm, you will inherit his clients.
• You will work closely with the Partners more generally to grow the business side further, as well as the department as a whole. You will have good support around you, but also the autonomy to make the department your own.
• You should be ambitious and someone who enjoys developing new business and relationships.
• This role could prove to be the perfect stepping stone for perhaps a senior associate, in a top -heavy team seeking a pathway to partnership.
• You will be an Immigration Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE +
• Salary is competitive, along with a lucrative bonus structure, and is dependent on your background and experience.
