The role
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Legal Department by handling paralegal and corporate secretarial tasks. You will collaborate with various internal teams including HR, the Board of Directors and the Executive team. Additionally, you will liaise with external law firms and insurance agents to facilitate the department's operations.

You will be responsible for a wide range of matters, for example; updating statutory books for the groups c.15 subsidiaries and branches, assisting with anti-corruption matters, providing support on departmental administrative matters, assisting in the preparation of board and shareholder minutes, other corporate documents and much more.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years paralegal experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interest in process improvement and implementation of change
  • Excellent time management/organisational and multi-tasking skills and attention to detail

Package

  • 32-50K annual salary
  • Collaborative and friendly culture
  • 25 days AL (not including bank holidays)
