The Role
This is a fantastic position for a Infrastructure Finance Senior Associate (5-7 PQE) to join this leading Top 20 International practice within their City of London office.
The Team
This market-leading finance team advises lenders and sponsors across a range of UK and cross-border infrastructure projects, giving them the best insight into current practical issues and market terms.
The team handles all financing events and products, including syndicated loans, multi-creditor platforms, private placements, bank/bond financings, second lien, holdco and PIK.
Their technical expertise in project economics and regulatory regimes across sectors enables their lawyers to deliver bespoke and efficient financing solutions.
The team are consistently rated as one of the leading firms for debt financings, whether acting for lenders, sponsors or borrowers.
The team is supported by a team of best-in-class specialists, covering regulatory, derivatives, real estate, and tax issues.
The Work
You'll advise sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a broad range of financing transactions, focusing on infrastructure finance.
The work will cover a broad range of issues in banking law, structuring and documenting the debt, equity and security arrangements involved in complex finance transactions for both UK and international lenders, corporate and private equity clients, focussing on the infrastructure sector.
Requirements
- You will be a 5-7 PQE solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
- You will have worked within a leading finance private practice
- Ability to work on complex matters with a solid understanding of this work.
- Experience of working in both an advisory and strategic capacity.
