The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Insolvency and Restructuring Partner to join a growing Top 200 firm in Surrey.
In this role, you will be working in a newly established Insolvency and Restructuring department in Guildford. The role will include:

• Leading and developing a dedicated team of insolvency and restricting professionals
• Actively engaging with insolvency practitioners, companies and directors to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide advice to the department and firm to help continue to grow the Insolvency and Restructuring practice

Requirements

• You must be a Senior Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor 8+ PQE of relevant experience
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Business development acumen with the ability to contribute to the growth of the firm's Insolvency and Restructuring practice
