The firm is looking for a talented Insolvency and Restructuring Partner to join their thriving practice, located in the heart of London's West End. Here's what you can expect:

Growing Department: You'll collaborate closely with another highly regarded Insolvency Partner, as well as the wider litigation department, you will lead a team of junior lawyers.

Varied Caseload: The caseload will include but not be limited to; bankruptcies, administrations, voluntary arrangements, liquidations, disqualification proceedings, IVAs and injunctions.

Strategic Leadership: You'll have the opportunity to work alongside the firm's partnership to shape and execute strategic plans, contributing to the firm's remarkable growth.

Mentoring and Development: As a Commercial Litigation Partner, you'll guide and develop the firm's talented junior team, leaving a lasting impact on their professional journey.

Requirements:

• You should be a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair for networking and business development
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers (preferred, but not essential)
