The role

The firm are seeking to hire an Insolvency Solicitor; to join their growing insolvency team, their office is based in the heart of the West End of London.

• The insolvency team of 3 works closely with the firm's wider commercial litigation team. The department uniquely deals with both contentious and non-contentious work.
• This role could prove to be a good platform for career progression.

• Work will include both contentious and non-contentious matters, you will deal with restructuring, supporting administrators, negotiating with creditors, some complex cross jurisdiction matters, debt recovery and enforcement, breach of duties.

• You will be an Insolvency Solicitor with between 3-8 years PQE (no upper limit)
• Salary and package are negotiable depending on your background and experience, there is also a lucrative bonus structure that allows you to boost earnings by way of billings.
