The role

The firm is seeking to hire an Intellectual Property Partner into their impressive and modern office based in the heart of the West End of London.

The Intellectual Property department has been established for five years and since such time has grown to a team of four.

You will join a dynamic and forward-thinking team that has an entrepreneurial spirit. The department works across a broad range of industry sectors, making for an interesting role.

The department deals with a broad range of IP work which includes; IP training, registration and strategy, IP infringement, IP commercialisation and IP disputes.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping strategy and planning for the department while actively mentoring and developing junior colleagues to help them reach their potential. The work is diverse and cutting-edge.

Requirements

• You will be an Intellectual Property Solicitor with at least 7 years + PQE (there is no limit to the amount of experience)

• You will have a proven track record of building business and should be confident in your ability to introduce and expand on business opportunities
