Located in the heart of the city of Paris, an opportunity has arisen to join and support the employment law department of this international law firm. Employment associates between1-6 years of experience are invited to join this firm on its continued growth journey!

The Employment law team regularly advises French and foreign groups in the context of their individual and collective labour relations and negotiations, including the setting up and implementation of redundancy plans, assistance on collective agreements negotiations, as well as individual, collective or serial litigation before French courts.

The Opportunity:
The firm need to hire an associate for their employment team, which is currently comprised of 2 partners, 1 counsel and several associates. The hire is motivated both by previously mentioned growth ambitions and an increasing case load for the team.
You will:
- Deal with all matters of employment law as guided by more senior colleagues where necessary;
- Provide advice on individual matters, from hiring to termination, including litigation and negotiated departures, as well as assisting in mediations (discrimination and harassment).
- Provide advice collective matters such as relationships with employee representatives, the organisation of elections, information-consultation procedures, and collective agreements; and
- Deal with any other employment matters as they arise.
The Candidate:
You will be a qualified Employment Associate with between 1-6 years of relevant employment experience; keen to grow your own career whilst playing a key role in the overall growth strategy of the team and the firm.
