The Role

You will have the autonomy to manage your own varied workload, with ample support from colleagues when needed. This role offers a significant degree of independence, allowing you to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently while knowing that assistance is always available.

You will play an active role in transforming the team from a reactive stance towards a proactive approach in managing risks related to claims and complaints. This involves enhancing their processes for collecting, analysing, and reporting on claims and complaints data, which is crucial for mitigating potential issues before they escalate.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to regularly interact with all levels and areas of the business globally. Your responsibilities will include providing support on claims, complaints, and other issues as they arise, helping to manage the firm's financial and reputational risks. You will also be encouraged to broaden your work experience by participating in broader Office of the General Counsel (OGC) or firm-wide tasks and projects, and assisting the team in improving communication with AG offices outside the UK.

Requirements

  • Experience in Professional Indemnity or in a fee-earning commercial litigation
  • Understanding of Professional Indemnity and related regulatory framework
