The Role

This is an exciting role for a Paralegal to join this leading City firm out of their Manchester office, which has built an impressive and growing reputation in the market.

You will be working directly under a leading Partner providing you with a wealth of experience to draw from to springboard your legal career.

You will deal with a broad range of quality property & more general litigation matters supporting the partner one-on-one with high-level, complex disputes.

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
• Experience of dealing with County Court claims
• Debt recovery;
• Liaising with a briefing Counsel
• Mortgagee possession claims.
• Landlord and tenant work.
• Experience in high court and tribunal proceedings.
• Exposure to general litigation.
