The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Managing Associate to join this top 25 City of London law firm.

This role will have a particular focus on complex, and cross-border financial restructurings involving a number of jurisdictions and different stakeholders in a capital structure, you will be expected to provide pragmatic, commercial and innovative advice.

You will advise financial institutions (including banks and debt funds), bondholders, insolvency practitioners, large corporates, directors, private equity sponsors and other stakeholders on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency-related matters across a broad variety of sectors.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 5+ years of PQE.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
