Highly coveted opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a thriving Birmingham City Centre office, with a focus on new build, shared ownership and outright sales and after sales transactions.

You will work on a mix of Home Ownership Transactions including newbuild sales (both outright and shared ownership), set-ups and after sale transactions (including RTB/RTA, lease extensions, auction and other private treaty disposals and other supporting related real estate work including deeds of variation etc.

The Candidate:

·Residential Property Solicitor 4+ years PQE (or equivalent)

·Confident and able to run your own files
