The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ Commercial Solicitor to join a well-established and highly respected Commercial team in Preston.

You will work closely with experienced Partners on interesting and complex work that will allow you to develop your technical ability and learn from the best. You will gain exposure to a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts, tech agreements, and IP.

Requirements:

• You will be a Trainee or Newly Qualified Solicitor looking to join a highly respected Commercial team
• You will have gained exposure to a broad range of commercial matters, during at least one training seat
• Comfortable building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Able to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team
