Role Overview:
This firm are seeking a Career Commercial Property Paralegal based in their West End office.
Within this role you will be;

• Assisting with legal research;
• Managing client communications;
• Drafting legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds;
• Drafting Reports on Title;
• Drafting Land Registry forms including AP1s and TR1s;
• Preparing completion statements;
• Drafting SDLT returns;
• Conducting, land registry searches and other due diligence tasks pre-completion;
• Dealing with post-completion matters including Land Registry registrations and SDLT filings.

Requirements:

• Seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience as a Property Paralegal.
• Previous experience managing a busy caseload is essential.
