The Role

The firm is looking for a highly experienced Corporate/Commercial Partner with extensive experience in Technology law to join their central London team.

This role is perfect for a lawyer with a strong background in commercial contracts, tech contracts, or data protection, who wants to contribute to the leadership and growth of the firm.

You will collaborate closely with the firm's Founder, taking a hands-on role in managing client work and overseeing junior fee earners. This is a vital position and you will be a key influence in shaping the firm's future.

You will be working with innovative, fast-growing clients across multiple industries, including:

• High-growth SaaS providers in the UK, US, and Australia
• Software and technology consultancies
• Cloud-based telecommunications providers

Requirements

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE
• Significant experience in commercial contracts, ideally in the technology, software, or data sectors
• A proven track record of managing high-value transactions and complex tech-focused legal matters
• A commercial mindset with a passion for working with fast-growing businesses
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
